Soapsmith's Policies
Regular stock orders are packed within 30 hours of payment and shipped the next business morning. I ship USPS, priority mail. I will ship to the address you provide at the time of checkout. If you want your purchase shipped to a different address, please leave me a note immediately as I often ship within an hour of receiving your payment. I charge the actual shipping fees or less. Shipping is calculated at the highest rate. Any overcharge on shipping over one dollar will be refunded when I print the shipping label.
Due to the nature of my my items - international regulations, taxes and import fees - I am no longer offering international shipments.
Free samples are included with every sale.
Payment is due and payable when the order is placed. If arrangements for payment are not received within 24 hours, the order will be canceled. I accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and United States Post Office Money Order. You can pay with any major credit card through Pay Pal. You do not have to join pay pal to pay with a credit card.

All items are available for pick up at my Altoona, PA retail location, Fiore's in Eldorado, Rt. 764 next to the Sheetz Corporate offices.
Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

I will fill the envelope with sample sizes up to the postage provided. 3 stamps will get you a variety of samples including lotion/butters, matchbook size soaps etc. and a coupon for $1.00 off your next purchase. The more postage you place on the envelopes, the more samples I will send.
I offer custom formulations and products, call or email for a quote.
I know you will enjoy my luscious products but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply return the unused portion for a full refund of the price of the item less postage fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective. Please note: Due to health and safety, any returned product will be destroyed. I never return any product, even unopened items, to my selling stock. I have a high commitment to customer satisfaction.
